THE TIME HAS COME FOR ANOTHER SOUTH WALES HOON!
WITH BBQ , BRING OUT YOUR PREMIUM BANGERS !!
!!!Mark your diaries !!!!

May 13th 2007 - The morning meeting point will be J30 off the M4. AT 10:00 AM

Firstly I would like to thank all those that attended and helped to arrange the last run, it was a great success. Hope to see you all on this one too.

The route is planned, this time by bean455 who has good knowledge of the roads, so this is going to be another good one!!! It will be on challenging, fun roads, with several stops, finishing our driving to have a BBQ, yum yum and hang around for a good ole chat. I will be cooking!
You may come just for the BBQ, all are welcome!

Due to some concerns from the last meet up. It was thought to keep the meeting points secret. I feel this will only make the local authorities work harder to spoil our day. So I have called them and asked them about meets. I have been told by the police that as long as you behave yourself., there will be no need for them to intervene. So please drive to the speed limits once again, and with care to other road users.

I recommend you have a nice hearty breakfast, as there will not be a lunch stop as such, just a rest break. Or you can bring your own nibbles if your peckish in the day, you don’t want to miss out on the BBQ and my cooking
We are having food supplied to us by Ary in the Honda NSX-R, sadly he has sold it now.
But still bring some of your own burgers, sausages, bread rolls and drinks (non-alcoholic for the drivers!!), if you wish to help out
If you are a veggie please bring your own grass.
The BBQ will be at the horseshoe bend near Story Arms, on the A470 at 4pm. Please approach with care.

That is all the information you are getting at the moment.
Directions will be given out on the day to prevent good old plod trying to fragment us as they did in April to give a bike safety briefing. Funny, I thought we were in cars! but never mind.

If you wish to join us at a later point of the run please email me for details of the nearest stop point to you. I will email you back as soon as I can.

The total trip including photos, dinner stops and driving will take 5-6 hours, and will be a 190 mile round trip with an option for a shorter journey to save on the mileage of your premium banger.
Please drive carefully , and enjoy the run.

Bring a walkie talkie and a TomTom if you have one. If you require a TomTom file for directions, please email me. This will be sent late Saturday night!

You've done it again - picked a date I'm travelling back from Brighton! I didn't think I want back home that much, it must be someone conspiring against me getting the Jag out in the sun for a blat.

Will get in touch about BBQ.
