Just a reminder that having gone through the two speed cameras in Rhiwbina, they've taken to sitting on the hill aiming at cars heading for Caerphilly through the lanes and are not doing the motorway so the point of this is to remind you that they're really nice blokes, it's Christmas and to give them a friendly wave as you pass.

You should all know that they are there to collect money for their Xmas Party (sic). This year the Speed Camera Partnership has hired a Boeing 737 (seating for all 237 of the partnership camera operators, staff and NIP writers)from Cardiff to Paris, where they have taken a banquet suite at the George V for their festive bash. If you drive past slowly... you will see that there is a small collecting tin by the back window. Every little bit helps !!

One comment springs to mind. Are the operators within the vans civilians?
