So I went for a mini local solo tunnel run in the NSX-R, it was fun, you can't beat 8k plus V-Tec in an NSX-R. After I was done I went from the first Morrisons light to the next in first hitting 8K before I had to brake.

Then a Black Noble was not content to be behind me and he had to overtake in a questionable manner just to gain two cars in front. I even gave him a thumbs up when I turned off but he was a bit grumpy.

Was I that loud?

Cheers,

Ary

Ok I'll play...

Sounds like it wasn't the Noble driver who was grumpy

Not as bad as the marked Police Galaxy who had to overtake me in the Mazda 5, coming out of Bridgend when I was doing the speed limit. No blues or flashing lights either. Still, as with a BMW police car on the M4 the day before, they make great pace cars and better in front than behind.

Interesting point: Had he waved, would it have been a Noble gesture?

Think i came accross Victor Meldrew in the Noble a few weeks back, I had been out on a mini run in my sexy cooper and like a stupid blonde got stuck in a yellow box ( don't tut, we've all done it some time or other ), anyway Victor in the noble was not happy about this atall, and to my suprise he shrugged his shoulders at me and shook his head in disaproval. Being the shy and retired kind of girl i gave him the bird and zoomed off !!!!!

Noble indeed. Let me clarify that I did not noticed him until we were stoped and he " undertook" me.

With the traffic we have down the bypass is no wonder he was grumpy.

traffic's not been so bad this past week, but for the months previous its been a right pi$$take. And now the extra traffic lights really screw up my work journey time. I used to be able to do 18 minutes regularly, now im lucky if i'm home in 25 mad

AR...........

Since you like clarification...........

I didn't overtake, I didn't undertake. I'm sorry that "I had to gain two cars in front".I don't know what "questionable overtaking" is.I acknowledge your really loud car.

You can't undertake/overtake when different people are queing to go in different directions. Its just a que.
I changed lanes because I changed my destination.Twice.
I wasn't grumpy,it wasn't busy, I was just minding my own business.

Well Nick I am sorry if I missread your actions.

You can tell by the smily and general sense of the post I was not in a bad mood over this, just a bit flabbergasted by what I took to be the case.

I guess I've become used to aknoledging PHs or possible ones on the road.

Cheers,

Ary

Aaah...but you're grumpy now.

Just goes to show you should never assume things as assumption is the mother of a fist in the face. rofl
