Cardiff - be careful out there !
Discussion
Driving home along Lloyd George Avenue near Cardiff Bay and stopped at the traffic lights. A gang of local teenagers walked past, eyed my car and once out of view chucked a stone at the rear of the car. Hit it (no huge damage) but made me really angry. Didnt react as was outnumbered and knowing them probably either carrying knife to do GBH (or a telephone number of a defence lawyer)!
Really can't understand the mentality and buzz of this.

They should not get away with it...and zero tolerance is key. If they dont learn about it now - goodness knows what they will do next. Unfortunately the attitude is envy and jealousy is the norm over her. I am more than happy to talk to people who approach the car, chitchat and show them more...but many assume you are a jerk and either physically or verbally abuse. Shame.
It's a shame isn't it that a minority can cause such a discussion.
Personally, without exception, the kids that have approached me whilst with my Atom have been great and yes, many are so called hoodies - shock horror. They have a genuine interest in cars, ask all the same questions that I would have at that age and in every respect have been polite and respectful.
Yes, there has been the off occasion when I've seen some climb into the drivers seat when I've been someway off. But, in the whole scheme of things, lets be honest, kids of today aren't that bad.
