well you may pass on from me that i think its stunning, and (as we've always offered to PHers) if he wants proffesional quality pictures taken of it, then i can drag Craig out and do the business
ThanksI will pass it on, he is made up with it. I have not driven it yet as I have had a stomach op and the non power steering is hard work. I think I may need to go out and get a Turbo S3 to go with my Elise.
Thanks for your comments sorrento205.
As Craig (Blackhawk69) said, I've recently just bought the car in February. It had been off the road for 5 years so needed a little work, plus of course no tax/MoT etc. Overhauled the rear brakes, clutch hydraulic cylinders, headlights, and alternator. It has an excellent history and appears to have been well maintained so I had a head start. The wheels aren't brilliant, but from a few feet look OK, having said that they were shite to start with so I guess not too bad now. Just finished my maiden trip of 400 miles around the home counties and south coast of England. No hint of trouble and managed 29mpg average 70 mph so pretty happy with that. Tick over is a little high, but the main problem seems to be popping out of reverse. Have to adjust the selector mechanism methinks. Hope to make my first club meet next time round and drag Craig with me. Cheers for now.

Spotted a purple Lambo driving down Broad Street, Barry at about 5:50pm this evening - he drove around the roundabout by the cinema, and drove back down Broad Street towards the Island.......
I was in my house and heard it coming down the road and it went passed as I looked out of the window.
Nice Not something you see every day.!!!

Blimey, Lambo and TVR on Broad Street (Barry). This Town must be looking up
Incidently, I was sitting outside The Blue Anchor (East Aberthaw) yesterday lunch-time supping some lurvely real ale and an absolutely STUNNING silver Aston Martin DB9 pulled up right next to where I was sitting in the car park.
WOW what a motor. Respect to the driver..........

Its taking its time but Barry will climb out of the hole it fell, into and the nice cars will rule the streets again.

Spotted a (redbull) blue Tamora in Broad Street about 10 mins ago - very nice
Didn't sound as good as my Chim though
Spotted the same Tamora again on 5 mile lane by the Welsh Hawking Centre - I was heading into Barry and he was heading in the opposite direction.
Gave me a good flash so to speak.
See you around if you're on here.
