Unmarked Police Cars, what ones you know?
Discussion
Hello folks just starting this post as I would like as much Inofrmation on the unmarked Police staus in South Wales, this has worried me after what I just seen, read on.
The Cars I know of and areas I have seen them in are below:
1. Mercedes E-Class estate (Silver) - Followed me down the Kingsway, then pulled me on Fabian way. I have seen him all over Swansea though.
2. Ford Mondeo ST220 (Very dark Navy blue, not the usual ST Blue) - At the scene of an accident on the foot of the Seevern Bridge.
3. Range Rover (Darkish colour), spotted tonight in Neath town Centre, this one worries me as I would have never of thought it was Police if it wernt for the LED sign lit up like a christmas tree in the back window.
Lets hear them......

I have a friend in Traffic (south wales area) and he's given me the nod about two very standard cars
1) Bmw 530d in grey, standard wheels,no ariels it's 54 plate and thew last three letters are whe.
2) A vauxhall vectra 02 plate (not expecting one that old, very clever of them)black.
Be careful out there............

I've seen a dark blue Volvo (saloon, not estate) in and around Newport. It's occasionally parked in the entrance to Bellevue Park, catching people who are over the 30MPH limit on the road into town.
Yeah there are a few of those about the c70 seems a popular model with Gwent police. There is also a dark green and a grey/dark silver one about.
Also seen a Dark silver/grey ST220 hovering around Blackwood lately.
Silver Focus, with uniformed police in, circulating Risca.

......just went down Blackwood High Street with sirens going....bit of a give away....
hehe cool! although I guess once the traffic calming measures hit the high street they will be out on the new & old bypasses chasing the kiddies road racing on the new wide open roads.
Which is a bugger as the Wylie to Newbridge "Bypass" makes a rather good test track after a bit of bodgery has been performed on the car

Bit late with the reply!!!

I've seen a Vectra in dark steel grey, with a camera in the rear and front of the car, in Swansea, it matched the colour of the road, very discreet and cunning!! The only give away was when i pulled up at a set of traffic lights in Carmarthen road & saw their uniforms, so watch out the buggers about!!
