Hi,

Can anybody recommend a good place to get a 4 wheel geometry setup done in the cardiff area?

I had 4 wheel laser alignment done at a place called 'The Hub' on Broadway in Cardiff last year at a reasonable price.

The cars a GTM Libra. I've fitted some upgrades to the rear suspension, and now need to set it up.

The setup is a little more involved than your average production car, and i was looking for somewhere used to dealing with this kind of thing.

In that case I would try a specialist that knows what they are doing and can road test the car to ensure a neutral set-up. I believe that Swansea University can do it.

Are you sure that isn't Swansea Institute?

Heath Tyres - they have all the laser gubins there but I think you would need to tell them what camber/caster/toe settings you need.

A&A Tyres at Leckwith have the necessary equipment and won't rip you off like others tried to when I had to have my Z28 set up after lowering. You still need the ballpark specs for toe-in, caster etc.

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestions guys, we'll see how i get on.

I know the toe, and camber settings I need. It's just a bit on an arse to adjust. To start with you have to take the wheel off to adjust the toe setting, which makes it a slow, pain in the arse kind of job.
