Hi all, looking for recommendations for alloy wheel refurbishment, preferably close to Bridgend or Cowbridge.

Have done the googling and seen a couple of places but wanted to know if anyone here had some experience of them?

Cheers

Look no further than Flat Out Alloys on Penarth Rd in Cardiff. First class workmanship.

Thanks for the advice, appreciate it.

Anyone used Renowheel or Wheelzcentre in Bridgend?

Thanks all.

Have picked the wheels up and they are curbed to hell so whoever returns them will have to be a genius!

Curbed mine today in St David’s 2 and the diamond cut on most wheels is corroding - recommendations for either powder coating or re finishing (also with costs pls). Cardiff based but closer to the vale.

I picked mine up from Wheelzcentre in Bridgend yesterday and I'm very happy with the results. The set I bought were very badly kerbed but they've been brought back to life. Fairly cheap too.

This is a picture of them at their unit. They need a clean but hopefully you can see their general standard.

Phil

Would you mind sharing what they charged per wheel?

I picked up my new C300 Estate a week and a half ago and noticed the rear passenger side is kerbed in 2 small places mad

Absolutely no idea how that happened as I've been ultra careful with it being a new car and haven't noticed any potential incidents.

Cheers

I've emailed you.

If the damage is small then maybe a smart repair could work?

Forgot to mention that I was impressed with the customer service at Wheelzcentre (more so than other places I tried to book my wheels into) and they even made sure my new wheels and tyres were inflated to the correct pressures. Little things like that are appreciated.

Hopefully the powder coat finish lasts which will be the ultimate test. So far, so good though.

Second that from Wheelzcentre, I had a full set of scirocco "turbine" wheels done there when they first established and they have grown and grown. Just about to have a full set or R32 wheels done there again.
