Car Paint & 4 Wheel Alignment Cardiff/Newport Area

Can anyone recommend:

A good paint sprayer in the area? I'm a bit of a perfectionist and have OCD with my car so I won't accept anything other than perfect!

Alloy wheel refurb company that does powder coating.

Wheel alignment specialist that has a Hunter Hawkeye or equivalent laser alignment system.

New to the area so haven't got a clue about any car related businesses that are trustworthy and reliable enough to do a decent job!

A and A tyres in Cardiff are very good for alignment, not sure what area your in.
