Fitting coilovers/alignment (how much)

Hi all, I need new coilovers fitted and alignment Swansea/Bridgend area I have been quoted £400+vat, does this seem about right? Seems a bit steep to me! Car is Mazda MX5

Sounds about right to me. It is probably around 3 hours labour to change the dampers and a full alignment is anything between £150-200.
