I have a Audi A6 the front bumper is flaking the lacquer, and the wheels need to be refurbished.

Audi quoted £175 to do the bumper and couldn't do the wheels that last time I checked.

Has anyone had any jobs at Cardiff audi dealer?

My sister had a bumper done last year and they did a top job.

We had to use them again soon after ..... I rejected the work on this occasion without any arguments from Cardiff Audi. I accepted the work on return the second time.
The gent in Cardiff (David I think his name) can't be faulted for service and has an eye for detail expected by clients. Believe me when I say that I am as fussy as they come!

Only niggle I still have is that the repairs are done by Newport Ford and not onsite Audi Cardiff. You drop the car at Cardiff Audi and they take care of the logistics. I'd much prefer to drive car to source and collect .... maybe that's an option for you to consider / agree?

Hope that helps

Go to Evans Halshaw in Merthyr - they are Range Rover / Aston / Jag approved; they do all the paint and bodywork for them.

Had my RR Sport bumpers painted etc etc - looked fantastic and was 350 cheaper than going through the dealer who would have just sent the car to them in any event!!!

My RS6 is booked in to have some bits done.

Cardiff Audi, like Stratstone will sub the work out and put a %mark up on it

I would not suggest using them for alloy wheel repairs at all. They "re-furbished" my brothers alloys and literally just over sprayed them. Terrible job and the paint was flaking a few months later.

Thanks! They must have done them last time, Thats why they need to be done as the paint is flaking off, I haven't curbed them but they are real state.

Thanks, I will call Evans and get a quote.

No problems at all. I'd hate to think people pay money for the poor finish they will get.

Best of luck getting them sorted
