South Wales scamera partnership tolerance

A40 near Monmouth, usual story, was doing 75-76 GPS along minding my own business. He may not have zapped me until I was a bit slower so this is worst case. What is the tolerance in this area? If 10% then I know I'm OK.

Thanks - yes, not a 50 limit. I did pass a Tallivan on the way North in the 50 - he had just pulled out of the layby heading home to process his 'hits' I guess. I made a point of flooring it past him (nobody died).
