Hi guys just wondered if anyone in Cardiff might be able to give some advice?

Me and some friends were given some tickets for Wales v Italy on Saturday and as an Englishman thought it would be nice to take in the game live but would obviously like to watch the England v France on later in the afternoon.

Any recommendations on the best and most likely pubs that will sow the game?

I'm ready for the crowd of red shirted welsh sounding Frenchmen that will no doubt be filling the pub laugh

every pub will show the game but most will be rammed and it can be difficult to view sometimes.

Whenever I want to watch a game after being to live event I tend to head to a hotel as most will be showing them or to an out of town (say a mile) or other end of Cardiff away from ground (Windsor Place) pub.

Have found the RadisonBlu near John Lewis to be okay to get drinks from bar and to watch game.

That's a good shout red and I know where that hotel is in the city.

The other option is to jump on the train back to Bristol but I think we will be a bit too pressed for time and would miss kick off.

'Walkabout' or City Arms if you fancy a lively pub experience!

We use The Wharf. Busy but far enough out of the town not to be rammed. 10 to 15 mins from the stadium depending on your gate.
