Architects/ Draughtsman Recomendation Vale area

Hi all,
after excellent advice for an aircon re-gas I am now on the hunt for an architect. Its for a simple single story extension to a detached house and should come in under the permitted development rules.
I have tried a couple already, neither thought it was worthwhile to call me back! Any recommendations appreciated.

I don't know of his work personally, but the company I used to work for did some work for him. He had a nice house and an Alfa Romeo Spider/GTV. From what I could gather he has a good reputation.
