Spotted Wales Mystery

This is getting quite funny now First the person behind the Facebook page 'borrows' pictures from the forum to add to the 'Spotted Wales' facebook page https://www.facebook.com/spotted.wales.7 and now they say they were at the breakfast meet yesterday and took this picture :



Upon further examining the photgraphic evidence he provided, I think the person wasn't at the breakfast meet yesterday and this picture was infact taken from the road

There were a few comments made about a certain car yesterday, which slowed down on the road directly opposite the cafe too and got their phone out.

Looking forward to 'Spotted Wales' shedding some more light about his mysteriousness
