New to Cardiff - any badminton clubs in/near the Bay area?

Hullo all,

Firstly, apologies for the non-car related topic

I've just moved to Cardiff for work and I'm looking to improve my heath n' fitness after years on a diet of booze and stress in London. I play badminton most weeks with friends but, as I don't know many people locally in Cardiff, it's probably easier if I join a club where anyone can turn up.

So, any recommendations?

P.S. I drive a 4.4 litre V8 - I hope that goes some way to mitigate the shuttlecocking.
