What type of shooting? If your after clay pidgeons, recently heard of this one http://www.crynant-shooting-ground.co.uk

I would imagine that getting a corporate event at a rifle range would be almost impossible.

Yes, a 'Clay Pidgeon' is essentially a big saucer that is thrown out by a machine in various directions (like a frisbee) that you shoot with 12 bore shotguns. Another word for is skeet shooting (an olympic sport).

The Severnside side range mentioned is an outdoor target range that you use big rifles on (I shot .762 and .303 rifles there in the 80's). There are huge restrictions on such shooting and is not a pay and shoot set up, unlike clay pidgeons/shotguns.

treetops in newport is awesome. i went there on a stag do and the owner is a good laugh, they are also willing to do a discounted deal on group bookings. only 5 mins from the tredegar round about off m4

the range is used for some high flying championship as well so the range is challenging and fun, not just a plain old flat feild with hay bales and some clays
