Hi peeps does anyone know where I can get the underside of my car steam cleaned? Looking to do some work on it and want the rubbish blasted off it first. Swansea area if possible,cheers

It's a sierra cosworth,need some underseal(non-factory) taken off and just cleaned up

Not sure if steam cleaning will do what you need. It isn't something that any of the valeter's I know could deal with.

Was thinking something like they do with coaches in which you drive up a concrete ramp and blast the underside?

I did some valeting at a 4x4 hire place and they had a ramp the Landies drove up, about 30 degrees so you could get right underneath. If you can find somewhere with a ramp or pit, it would be worth trying AutoSmart Preptone, which is designed to remove underseal.

Anywhere local? don't know where to look tbh,know there's a 4x4 place in llansamlet but that's about it
