17/18 Sept: off road facility wanted. Beer tokens for help.

This may sound like a strange one, but really need some help here. Looking for an 'off the road' venue to be used for one hour on either to the 17th/18th of September.
Something like a race track, disused airfield, skid pan, open paved area. It doesn't even need to be that big - something 50 x 100m or larger would be adequate. To avoid doubt, by 'off the road', I don't mean 4x4 stuff, but something paved.
Location can be anywhere in South/mid-Wales, Hertfordshire, Worcestershire or Gloucestershire.
The purpose will be to use a car at moderate speeds.
I have a budget of £100 but will give beer tokens to anyone with a suggestion/lead that works out for me.
