Black Golf GTi not content with tailgating people in torretial rain but then undertakes to gain 1 or 2 places!!

Surely if he managed to overtake on the left, there was plenty of room for the 2 cars he passed on the left, to be in the left hand lane, you know the driving lane, not the overtaking lane.

Also undertaking is all to do with burying the dead and what not.

Yes there was but since there were more cars ahead in the left lane, he wasn't going anywhere as he became 'boxed in'

Since the term 'under' is the opposite of 'over' then this is correct teminology.

I honestly think there would be utter carnage if that was allowed here with people doing high speeds weaving in and out of cars from lane to lane.

Strictly, it's not allowed on freeways in the US anyway.

I wasn't advocating the concept, only the terminology.

Maybe we should adopt "undertaking" and "passing over" or "passing away" wink
