Anyone else seen the crash on Fabian Way?

By the Village Hotel junction a burgundy BMW E46 coupe and a black hatchback, possibly VW Golf.

There are two fire engines, a paramedic car, ambulance and multiple police cars and they're chopping the roof off the hatchback right now.

edit - Not a Golf. Not sure exactly what the hatchback is/was now it's without a roof. Hope whoever was in it is okay but looks like a lot of damage to drivers door.

The traffic lights on the junction were not working at the time of the crash.

hi Driftdaddy.

Seen nothing in the Evening Post which must be a good sign. If anyone was killed they'd have been all over it.

I've seen a few accidents and one extremely near miss when an old lady who had gone the wrong way did a u-turn and missed a speeding X5 by inches.

A good reminder to all of us to slow down after getting off the motorway I suppose. 30mph seems ridiculously slow after coming off the M4 but having seen a few accidents on Fabian Way personally I can see why the lower limit is there now.
