sms garage cardiff

Hey just wondering if anyone can tell if sms garages in cardiff are any good.My landrover discovery is going in next week for some insurance work due to my brother inlaw driving into mine.As I am from Bridgend dont know many garages in cardiff,any advice would be great,thanks

They are your typical insurance bodyshop, they do a lot of work including large fleet and commercial work.
