recommended B&B near Porthmadog/Snowdonia area

Plan is a few PH Members going from Bristol and south wales to Beulah http://www.thetroutinn.net/ which we have used a few times. very good pub/B&B. Going up on the Friday night

Then looking at going up to Porthmadog or surrounding areas on the Sat and stay the night. then home on the Sun.

Any recommended B&B around that area people have stayed in? Not looking for anything fancy or expensive. Just a good place to get to on the Sat evening. Get some food and a good bed

the north wales forum may have more info. but they NEVER pay for B&B up there :P
