You bet I was driving slowly.
100 metres from a set of lights with no dedicated left or right hand lane.
A mile into a 30 zone.
It's a wonder the tosser in the Paxo didn't mount the kerb.

I wonder if this guy also drives a Citroen XM? He couldn't quite grasp the concept of merge in turn at the top of the A48 in St. Nicholas and forced me in to oncoming traffic!
