Having just popped my hamstring again and losing all confidence in the club physio I was just wondering if anyone here knows of any good physio's who can advise and treat me back to full fitness ASAP.

I have heard horror stories about some physios so looking for someone recommended rather than someone out of the yellow pages.

Based in Neath but willing to travel.

Its in Cardiff, but both me and the OH have used Physio and consider ourselves 'fixed'!

I have just spoke to Mark, booked in at 10:30 in Bridgend.

He seemed very keen to find out how I discovered the website, I explained, do you wish to reveal a name to say who recommended him?

Fingers crossed it works out, fed up of watching my mates playing rugby!

Should have booked with Andrew Seary who Sorrento recommended.

He was a physio on one of the Lions tours iirc.

Did a brilliant job on a trapped back nerve for me.

Another vote for Andrew Seary here, he helped when I did my back in.
