BMW keys cut in Bridgend?

Does anyone know of anywhere in the Bridgend area that can cut a key for a previous generation BMW X3? My neighbour would like to avoid main dealers costs if possible.

He might be struggling with this as the keys are coded to the car.

If they are the same as the e60 5 series then the only way is direct from BMW Germany... Circa £150 all in

Our E39 ended up with a serious case of the spins, BMW diagnosis, new barrel, new snap bolt, new key coded to the car from Germany £300, £90 of it was for BMW to tell me what I already knew, it wont turn off and you can take the key out and the barrel just spins around and around.

Really BMW are not that expensive parts wise
