Scratch repair in south wales

Can anybody recommend somebody they know is seriously good with paint? A retard has put a scratch around 4 inches long in my passenger door with their bike. Its fairly deep gone right through the laquer and paint I'm hoping it can be fixed without spraying the entire door and god knows what else.
