First Choice Accident Repair (Cardiff)... any good?

My car is with them as i type. Waste of time. Excuse after excuse as to why the car is still not ready.
I wish i had insisted that my car go to my main dealer but it did not seem an option.
If i were you i would force the issue and try and get it to your local repairer.
As you can see i'm not impressed with their service at all.

If the workshop are as bad as the front desk staff then god help me.
Worst thing is, i'm very fussy, so i will not accept the car unless the repairs to the front of the car are perfect.
The one thing that annoys me the most about these insurer approved places, is they never return calls.
Each day this week they have said they will call to give me an update. Not one phonecall.
My wife has told me to stop ringing now as they have probably put my car at the back of the queue.
