Sounds good: Chatsworth is about 1.5 hours from me (Teesside). I also have a mate in Mansfield with a canary yellow Tasmin DHC who might like to come along as well!
All this presumes that my 390 is back on the road by then, major engine rebuild and a stack of other things to do...

I shall be there Nick! I think it's high time that these S3/S4/Griff/Chim/Cerb/Tuscan/Tamora guys were reminded just what a group of V8 wedges sound like when gathered together. Hope his Grace has got Chatsworth well insured, the vibrations might do some damage!

Been having a look at the map. 4 hours from S Wales ish. So I think I will travel the day before, looks like some nice hotels in the area.

Jeff, can you let me know which Hotel you plan to stay in. I'm thinking more and more that I want to go Chatsworth June 9th despite heading off for Le Mans early Wednesday.

Oh er, bit of planning calling for? Having a nose for digs this week then proper. Don't know how many going from this way but suggest suitable pit stops to meet up on the way? Blat up the M way to the end of the M42 then A444 to Burton on Trent, then Derby on th A38 then A6 through Matlock to A.N.Other hotel in the area. Any Ideas?

Or pick up the Fosse way at Jcn 18 M4 and call in at Gaydon then past Cov and pick up the A444 past Nuneaton? Got all day after all if its a Sat travel. Sort out meets that way?

There is a recently opened IBIS hotel in Chesterfield but no secure parking. I will ask around the locals to see if a hotel with suitable paking exists and post a result ASAP.
