Inaccurate speedo
Discussion
I have not had my 350i for vey long and am suspicious about the speedo reading. If you were at 3500 rpm in 5th gear in your 350i, how fast do you think you would be going. Mine reads about 85 at that but everything on the M3 seemed to be going backwards!
Does anyones heater actually work?
What is the 'tap' for on the heater hose near the bulkhead?
Thanks...

I've a 1986 350i and my heater does work. however i didn't think it did until I got hold of a copy of the owners handbook and realised the settings are not what you would think. for general heat and demisting turn the right wheel all the way to the right. For demisting the screen the right wheel needs to be in the centre and the blower on high.

Dave
Not really. Someone like speedy cables will recalibrate them for a fee though.
