All,

I would like to invite all 'Wedge owners' and
'owners to be' to a rolling road day in the south ...

I think an ideal location would be Power Engineering
in Uxbridge. They have good experience of V8's and
hopefully we can ask Mark Adams and 2sheds along
to provide technical assistance on tuning.

An ideal time for this would probably be early next year.. say Jan or Feb ... you could get you loved one
to pay for it as a Christmas present.... (some chance!).

Having never had any of my car's properly tuned this
way - anyone car to comment on the best way to organise
this... bearing in mind - people say yes then never turn up. Money up front to someone like Mark Adams
.. something like that .. any comments Mark / 2sheds.

Sounds good. I'm happy to attend, we've done Wedge days before with great success.

How much just for a power run?

I like the idea, can you get a rough cost? I would of thought you could get a good rate if it was booked for half a day or something.

I'll try to get prices for a power run and also for
a bit of tuning work when I have an idea of numbers.

2sheds - do you know now much this was the last time
you did a rolling road session.

The Power engineering rolling road rates are £75 per hour. Budget about 20-30 minutes for a power run and a lot more for any tuning!

Basically having a day with just TVRs is no big deal for Power Engineering, this happens every 2 weeks or so with Mark Adams, you can just do a power run but i would suggest a full diagnostic & tune up while your on the rollers, on the flapper injection ( pre 90 cars)this can be within an hour if there are no faults.
This is a good idea as it gets PHers together and i think you would have an enjoyable day.

Sounds like a good idea, I'd love to get my wedge on the dyno and set up properly. Count me in.
