Injector problem ERR3620
Discussion
There isn't much you can do to service them by way of dismantling.
I've never seen a service kit other than the pair of rubber rings; they harden with age.
The hose stubs are crimped to the injector but can be cut off, revealing a short length of steel tube which will accept suitable (ethanol-tolerant these days) fuel hose and a crimp or Jubilee-style clip.
The injectors rarely stick open but can be wedged by debris so they let fuel by even when unpowered. Usually they stick closed.
You can unstick them in situ; you need a way to prime the fuel rail (link out the fuel pump relay) and ideally a way to intermittently fire the injector. Whilst switching the injector current on and off, you then clout the injector body with an appropriate tool - screwdriver handle or maybe a length of brass rod - that will shock the stuck pintle free.
Many moons back I built a breakout box that lets me toggle the injectors individually; with that and a pressure gauge fitted in place of the cold start injector you can soon identify stuck or leaky injectors.
Worst case of stuck injectors I resolved by the above technique was on a 350i which had been stood for 15 years... took about 5 minutes to get it running on all 8.

This is the correct service kit for the injectors, they're the same as Rover SD1 Vitesse

I have also had luck using a 3v battery (two AA batteries) and a can of brake clean to clean any varnish and the likes out of the injectors,
But you should also be able to get them professionally flow tested and cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner
