Car I recently purchased is missing the gas cap
What would be correct for this car?
Our California smog station needs to test it as well as is , of course important to have
Thanks!

Off hand, I'd say one that fits. Mine is just a plain metal cap with simple threads and a 'rubber' seal. No extra bells or whistles. Grady

I don't know if the V6's are the same but I used a TR7 cap on mine. The cap was vented but the filler neck on the car should have a breather so probably not required. Good luck...

A little research actually reveals it is from a BSA/Triumph motorbike!

Not sure if this will help?
If you are vented via a tube, then there is no need to have a vented cap.

But if it happens to be vented, no harm done?

Non-vented, the Wedge has a closed fuel loop system, as said you should have a breather to atmosphere, US models had a one-way valve iirc due to laws, the BSA oil filler cap also fits, might have to remove the chain smile
