Rear AVO Coilovers?

Hi all.
Can anyone detail the procedure for removing the rear coil overs on a 350i ? Mine are AVO ones.

Undo spring seat so its not under load
Undo bolts (red arrows)
Remove unit

An amended to do list is much longer when that bottom bolt is seized and will no pull out lol (insert cutting / banging / heat and bad language)

I jack up that side under the hub before starting, and then after the top nuts are undone, slowly drop the jack, and the top bolt withdraws from the mount.
