1988 350i fuel injector seals

I need to replace the seals that sit in the inlet manifold which the injectors go through. I am a bit confused as there seems to be a lot of options for the EFi V8 and I have no idea what I need, I think they started life as a square section O ring. Any help as always would be greatly appreciated!

More research suggests the lower seal at the manifold is part no. EAC2415L and the upper seal which clamps the body of the injector is part no. EAC2414L. These are Land Rover part numbers I believe??

I bought an injector overhaul kit from Mr Injector. No relationship to him Big Al. It had the necessary square shouldered o rings etc. I'm sure he can provide just the o rings if need be. He certainly knows his stuff. https://www.mrinjectoruk.co.uk/
