Well done for this, from somebody who doesn't do FB; there's not even a mention on PH of it's occurrence. frown

ETA: Great to see the White Elephant there too.

It's been an annual event for almost 20 years and was always arranged through this forum on Pistonheads. Most of the lads are on FB these days, via three different groups (dont ask....!). I'll remind the organiser to drop a post on this forum when next years event is finalised. Cheers.

I went for the first time at the weekend, shame on me. Its run by Blackpool Thunder.
Great weekend. Made me smile to see 3 wedges abreast on the M40 in red, white & blue formation.
Some one can upload a photo. I was surrounded by TVR's so my shots are not that clear.
Due to my age i was the only one that remembered a Jubilee came in a triangulated carton.
Will be going to Blackpool for the parade, its free sign up through Blackpool Thunder.
Some are dedicated and even tyre wall black the tread on the spare wheel.
Dont mention polishing nuts. laugh

Yes a great event. The Wedge Fest is open to all, independent of which club or various FB groups you prefer.

Missed the wind-up for BBWF this year as not on FB. How as attendance? The pictures look a little thin but I suppose the price of fuel is crippling. I'm in Texas (where we grow gasoline smile ) and regular(~87 octane) was $4.69/US gallon today. Double a year ago. Grady

In some places in the UK petrol is now approaching £2 a litre. At today's exchange rate that is $9.24 per US gallon..... so double US prices eek
