Does any one know where to get the two matrix hoses with appropriate bends etc?
Preferably black rubber not silicone

They are originally Ford parts but no longer available. I took the old hoses to my local and fantastic car spares shop in Ludlow and they had a box load of assorted hoses with various bends and we managed to find a pair of suitable ones that matched the original bends and diameters.

Unfortunately don't have he originals myself. On the drivers side the heater connection is horizontal then the pipe goes the the transmission tunnel to the engine. I would assume a right angle bend from the heater to go down through the tunnel? Then is there another right angle bend to take the tube to the engine or is it just taken in a curve?

If you can't find exactly the right curves in the right places then get some standard lengths with a single 90 degree bend, and put together the pipe run, they can be joined together discreetly by inserting 15mm copper pipe and using a couple of jubilee clips one on each side of the join.

If you compress or solder an olive onto each end of the pipe then it clamps down better.

Good idea that about soldering an olive on to give a ridge preventing slip

Passenger side can be done with straight hose and routes quite tidily.
