Okay, while we are on a roll, has anyone ever devised a rear diffuser quick release? My 390Se is a pain to get up on to any ramps, whereas the 350i is a doddle due to the lack of rear diffuser and smaller front spoiler. I'm thinking of unbolting the rear lower diffuser and mounting on stainless pins and split pins so I can pop it off and then reverse the car on ramps as and when I need to, Anyone done anything similar before?

How about using pop pins?

how abour 2 * 25mm thick planks of wood and double the thickness half way along, put these in front of the ramps when going up/down, it will raise the car just enough.

The planks will also be useful with the front wheels much easier to get yer trolley jack under the car when the front is an inch or two higher.
