Mobility issues !!

Well, anyone on the FB group will probably have seen my issues, but I thought Ill post on here too ..
My problem. Car is stuck in the garage. Fuel Pump has failed and does not respond to hitting / reverse polarity etc.
Ive changed the pump and filters, but need more work to get it electrically connected and running.
Second issue, even though the Wedge was parked with the handbrake off, it seems the rear brakes are well and truly siezed / stuck on.
Ive hit them with a length of wood and a hammer to shock them, but this has no effect.
Anyone have any ideas ? Im thinking maybe of just soaking the rear brakes with penetrating fluid as the pads will need to be replaced anyway when she eventually comes off.
Opinions please ?

For the pump run a temporary freed wire from battery +.
For the brakes, slacken off the handbrake adjusters (big screw at the top of each caliper) 5 turns max. Rattle calipers back and forth.
If that doesn't do it, get some mole grips and press each rear pad in (press the piston back) assuming the piston moves the pad will unstick from the disc.

I've just taken on my totally seized calipers on my car for the same reason. I just took the mounting bolts off / disconnected the cable and blootered them with a hammer/levered them off.
The handbrake calipers came out attached to the footbrake calipers fine (it say's in the Bible this is not possible...)
My reason about the brut force was that they needed a rebuild anyway.

I had a partially seized rear calliper which ended-up getting very hot and grease which had come out of the UJ started smoking. I had to get a pair of grips on the pins which hold the pads in and unseize those, remove the pads and push the piston back in. Been fine for a couple of years since.
True you get get it running by pressing the flap in carefully with the ignition on (if a flapper).
Yeah the pins on the brakes can corrode sticking the pads, also you can get corrosion of the "shelf" in the caliper that the pads rest on, in that case pull our the pads and clean it all out with a screwdriver.
