What is the redline on a stock 280i (US '86)? My tach has been replaced with no indicated redline and it seems to have no problem revving into the 6ks. Thanks Grady

According to the owners manual, it indicates the "maximum rpm is 6000". My tachometer has no
redline indicated on it and it is original to the
car.
