Somebody on fleabay seems determined to outbid me so does anyone have one of these deep dished steering wheels for a reasonable price.

I need one to give me a bit more knee room.

Sorry Roger - that would be me outbidding you on ebay. Didn't realize that it was you until I placed my bid. If you contact me via my profile, I'm sure that we can come to some arrangement?

Thanks.

Hi Mark,
it's me who should back off and apologise for bidding it up. After all, you got a bid in first.
I didn't realise it was someone from the wedge forum either.

I have the original wooden rimmed Mountney in my 350i, but my legs are a bit jammed up under it.

I went for a look at the dished one. The rim is foam rubber, not wood, and would need covering with leather as it's a bit scruffy. It does give some extra knee room though.

I've spotted a MKII Escourt wheel on ebay which might do for me which is already leather bound.

Can anyone tell me whether this will go on?

Let me know what you want to do. I see that the dished one is probably right for your fhc in terms of originality.

I don't think I can retract my bid now you've topped it though

Cheers
