Hi, Has anyone else had any problems with Peninsula, yo may remember my post from a month or so back about suspension bushes, well they still havent arrived yet and to make matters worse the first time i rang to see where they were the guy i spoke to ( neil or nigel or something) told me that the reason some of the bushes hadnt come was because nobody made them (upper wishbone bushes, front 350i) even though i was quoted and charged the quoted price for a full set ( i even listed the bushes to the guy when i ordered), has anyone else had any problems with this firm?

Must say that over the last 2 years or so I've called Peninsula a few times and also ordered a few things from them. Then have always been very helpful, polite and efficient. Never rushed me off the phone in fact it's hard to get away when you're talking TVR's. They seem like real enthusiasts. I've talked to Neil on a few occasions. There must be some misunderstanding or something. Give Neil a call and tell him straight what you're worries are about the bushes not been available and been charged. If you have any trouble I will be VERY surprised. Let us know how you go on. Plus not sure how Ted will view this thread .... I know you're not really knocking Peninsula only looking for advice..... etc

From a different perspective I supply peninsula and would say that they are a very professional "set up", surely if you have been charged for something they now can't supply they would refund or credit ?

Never dealt with Peninsula myself, but I reckon you could ask this about ANY dealer/specialist and expect to find people who've fallen out with them - however good you are, you can't please all the people all the time. The fact you haven't been flooded with horror stories is probably a good sign, but I wouldn't read much into it either way.

It's prob best to respect Ted's naming and shaming policy. If anyone wants to comment back via email ok, but keep it off the public forums.

Thread Closed.

Cheers.
