400se throttle cable

the throttle cable on my 400se has just broken and i can't seem to find one anywhere , does anyone know if there is an equivilant part available from Quinten Hazel or the like? , if so any idea of the part number.
Any help on this would be gratefully appreciated as it's my only car at the mo'!

if you go to halfords ,purchase a push bike rear brake cable. Should do the trick!

Your local AA man will carry a kit to make a temp fix. I ended up getting a replacement for my 350 from TVR Barnet, who sourced it from the factory direct.

I had to speak to the parts guy there direct to confirm the type. His contact details are on the TVR list on egroups - very knowledgeable

I got one from Peninsula a few months ago for my 400se. Not cheap though ....

Mines was about £25 inc vat
