leaded or not

i own a 86 350i should it use leaded or unleaded, i keep getting told different things and it is staring fry my head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is in the bible and in the Unleaded FAQ on my website.

Basically I would use Super unleaded and ditch the LRP stuff or adjust the timing and use plain U/L. The engine is already unleaded friendly from a valve seat point of view.
