I reckon you'd have to make them, thought the same myself. That one that just went on fleabay without engine and running gear would have been an ideal doner , never mind.

I know it's wrong but I like that;D

Reminds me of a kit you used to see bolted to Astra GTE's in my youth "Matig?" or something like that..

Anymore pics of it please?

Hey Martin,

so what's the story with that wedge then?

What size wheels & tyres?

I like "wide"

It's just body filler added to a 350i shell. If you look under a 390SE with its sills off you can see the join. If you consider that all the bits that make a 390SE different to a 350i are detachable apart from the wheelarches, TVR were hardly likely to have a one-off mould created, they just ponged it up before painting. The amount of front arch flare is actually slightly different between the two sides of my car banghead

Glad to see my photos of the green 390SE are still proving interesting, and amusement! The only time I ever saw it was here at Oulton Park in August 1989 for the Tuscan Challenge, it belonged to a guy called Barry Zee who was running a car for Steve Cole in the series. I have a note with the photo saying that the rear tyres were 345 section, they look like standard Revolution alloys with mega wide rims. It would have looked a lot better if the front wasn't totally standard!

Oliver.

So a 390 fromt clip and a 390 rear clip would do the job.

Hypothetically yes... now if only we knew where there was a 390SE shell lying around whistle - in fact swapping the shell would be less work smash

Stu I hope you wear some '70's brushed denim "flares" when you're driving it - and a Kaftan!
