calling all wedges!

OK Wedge boys its time to make some noise.
I know a number of us are going to PH#3 at Chatsworth so hows about all we Wedges meet up somewhere nearby first and arrive together in a wall of thunder!?
I realise this might be structurely hazardous for the big house but it would sound fantastic! P'haps the mighty SEACs could lead the way?
I live locally so picking a suitably easy place for you all to find to meet up will not be a problem.

Staying at The lion in Belper sat night along with M@H and Funky (although he is probably not going now, new job). Name a time, as long as its after breakfast and any burger breaks on the way a welcome

I wasgoing to come to this and was looking forward to it, unfortunately (I don't really mean it) Kiddie number 2 is due on the 8th, I will ask wife if she can hold on 'til Monday !!!!

Problem is that shortly after buying the 450, the wife became pregnant. God these cars are Testosterone producing machines !!!

Any way, I will NOT be getting a Cerbera so I can take the whole family with me, I am just going to be very picky about the one other person I can take in the 450 !!!

Apart from that the wife has mentioned something about going to the vets to be tutored, sounds interesting, at least that was what it sounded like ??

OK, Lets plan to meet up in Belper at say 11.30 sunday morning. Then we can take the A6 through Matlock. I know a nice back road route to Beeley that avoids the worst of the sunday traffic snarl ups and is also very picturesque (sp?)
Any more wedges up for this? Hows about you and the banana beastie Nick? You could drop down from Sheffield via my place and we could go to Belper from there? Any of the other South Yorks wedges coming out to play?

There was talk of there being up to 100 cars. Some of the local TVRCC are meeting there as well. A bit of a shame not all will be wedges though

Well, I've sorted the girlie out: she's coming back to Teesside with me for the weekend, then I'm going to take her to Chatsworth en route back to Leicester. So if you spot a silver Wedge belching steam &/or pistons on the hard shoulder somewhere like the A19/A1/M1 southbound, that'll be me...;-)

Yeah, I'll probably nip down to Belper 7.30 ish tonight to say hello to you guys. Then Sunday its a 11.30 meet for the scenic route to Chatsworth.

Andy. Car went for its MOT on Wednesday and I've still not got it back !!! Needed some work doing on the rear brakes. Might not be back for Sunday !! AHHHH !!
