Strange noises (mechanical/grinding/clattery) noise when I'm in 1st,2nd and 3rd gear in my 280i. Totally absent in 4th and 5th for some strange reason.
Seems to be coming from engine/gearbox area.
I know it sounds a bit weird, but anyone got any ideas as to the cause?
