I see that there are quite a few monthly meets dotted about, i have been looking for a get together/meeet round my way, but nothing seems to come up.

Would anyone be interested in say a meet the first or last Sunday of every month?? We could meet and the Poderosa at the top of the horseshoe pass??It seemd such a shme not to have something around here - especially with such great driving roads on our doorstep that we could include on occasion as part of the meet?

So who's up for it??

As with most of the other suggestions for a meet, i'll give it a go. The horseshoe pass may be a bit tricky when the weather turns though.

I was thinking of you as I blasted through there early evening on Saturday.
It was dead at that time but then the Ponderosa was closed wink

This sounds like a great place for a meet. I haven't been inside for quite a few years, but it has a big car park, the Evo triangle is right there and Glan y Gors is just around the corner for a spot of friendly karting action. We should try and get something sorted before it gets too wet and slippery.

wet and slippery can be fun too - and i've done that karting track in the wet, hard work but certainly a good lesson in controlling oversteer!

Are you still planning on organising something Chuno? Even if it's not a monthly meet. We should at least have a meet or trip over to GyG before winter.

I'd love to meet up - even if it's only a one off!
I've never heard of that pub, but would be up for meeting there if we can get a few of us!

Like you say, i think we should get something sorted before the weather turns too bad. I've actually got something on on both the 7th and 14th of November - would next Sunday be enough notice for people??
