I might be going Nick. Not 100% sure this year, although I'm very tempted considering Aston Martin are entering LMP1. It will mean missing out on a 'Ring trip if I do though.

Hi Nick, sorry for the late reply. The Gulf stripes aren't permanent. In fact, Mrs AJ almost persuaded me to remove them this week. She didn't get her way though!

Surprised to see a TVR owner who has never been before! You'll find plenty of posts in the Le Mans forum about where to stay and how to get there. May even be an organised event on the TVR forums as I seem to recall a N Wales TVR club doing the rounds at some point?

If not, I'll be leaving Llandudno around midnight to get a 7 a.m. ferry from Dover, so will gladly travel down in convoy with you if you're on a similar time ferry/tunnel crossing. Even if not, you're bound to hook up with a number of TVR owners clubs at some of the services nearing Dover or I gurss numerous other ports.

First time I went was in a Chimera and a Cerbera. Needless to say, one of them had to come back on a flatbed from this side of the Channel !!!

Thursday pm for the overnight Portsmouth St Malo ferry, thens its a 130 mile blat to le mans on friday morning

Gareth I saw you the other day (saturday) near Holywell I think, or possibly Rhuddlan, I was in a red 911 going towrds Rhyl.
