October Meet and Drive

I have a North Wales Route that I prepared for the S2000 Owners' Meet which has been cancelled due to a clash with another event.

Does anyone fancy a Meet and Drive on Saturday 25 October? Start about 10.00a.m. with a drive of about 160 miles over some interesting roads. Few photo opportunity stops, stop for lunch and finish about 5.00p.m.

Will have a little think on this one although the oil burner may find it difficult to keep up at time! Any ideas on a start point? I live on the Bangor side of the fun so may end up meeting somewhere in the middle.

The route is flexible so start can be anywhere between Queensferry and Conwy. I just have to make a small adjustment.

Appreciate the clue might be in the question, but would this be open to people who would like a 'ride' out that weekend? Never got round to buying a TVR, but the bike could do with some use...

I run an S2000 and I know others and different cars. Didn´t know that this thread was just for TVR´s.
As far as I am concerned all are welcome - it wont be a high speed affair! Unless, of course that's what everyone wants!

Due to the tremendous amount of interest shown I have decided to take the Mrs away for the weekend instead.

lol! Yeah the NW forum is... I find it quite surprising considering the number of Scoobys and Porkers I see on a daily basis. Perhaps it's true that most people in Wales don't have the Internet yet! Enjoy your weekend away!

Hmm ye it does always seem to be oh so quiet on here, o well...one day well manage something!

I'm up for the 25th - only thing is it's the first weekend of half-term so I suspect it might be busier than normal
